PCM.daily's 09 DB v3.2 zurückgezogen, kein Download möglich!

Aufgrund des März/Juni-Bug wurde die PCM Daily Datenbank zurückgezogen. Dieser Fehler lässt sich nicht lösen aber das Team arbeitet weiter um eine entsprechende Lösung zu finden.

ist ja nur ein fix, mit einigen änderungen.
schätze man kann bei dem eindruck bleiben seit der ersten version , nur das sie jetz vllt spielbar aber scheiße ist.

Der Fix ist soweit ich weiß 2 mb groß und behebt ein paar kleine Fehler. Der Rest ist einfach eine "Vollversion".

Ich habe es von PCMBeneluc runter geladen und bei mir funktioniert alles ohne Probleme.

Bei mir funktioniert die 2. Etappe der La Tropical Amissa Bongo Rundfahrt nicht.

Brauch man die Version 3 für einen flüssigen Lauf des Spiels ohne Abstürze?
Oder sind da nur ein paar neue Teams und Materialteile dabei?

Ob Du es jetzt brauchst oder nicht bleibt Dir überlassen.

Wenn ich das richtig geblickt habe, gab es V.1 (365 mb oder so) V.2 (10 mb) und jetzt das hier. Der Rest ist nur ein Full Pack indem alle 3 Sachen zu einem halt zusammengefasst worden ist.

Hab jetzt echt schon lange nix mehr gepostet, weil mir die Lust wegen Dopings etc. echt vergangen ist. Bin aber stets on und bekomm auch so alles mit. Aber wenn ich sowas lese, da hauts mir die Kabeln raus.

Von wo weißt du, dass die DB "scheiße" ist? Nur weil du sie gespielt hast, und sie dir nicht gefällt? Oder weil du eine andere DB besser findest und deshalb alles andere schlecht ist?

Die Leute die solche DB's machen, stecken ewig viel Zeit da rein, und für was? Um sich dann von dir anhören zu lassen, dass die DB sowieso nix taugt? Spar dir solche Äusserungen. Weil ich weiß annährend was bei sowas dahintersteckt. Und es ist genug.

denkst du das weiß ich nicht?
vllt hab ich mich nicht richtig ausgedrückt , die db mag soweit spielbar sein & ja ich hab sie gespielt , aber die werteexplosion und die werte sind einfach so extrem das einem da der spaß dran vergeht.
das mag nicht jeder so empfinden , aber wenn bei alpe d'huez am ende 20 fahrer im bergaufsprint ins ziel kommen find ichs schon wieder ein wenige vergeigt und die arbeit respektier ich auch , ich finds halt schade das wenn man so viel arbeitet , man die dann so verhunzt.
tut mir leid , dass ist einfach so.

PCM DAILY WIRD ZURÜCKGEZOGEN, KEIN DOWNLOAD MEHR MÖGLICH!

PCM.daily DB withdrawn
Due to the rather huge problems with the PCM.daily 09 DB V3, we've decided to remove the downloads from the DL section.

As previously mentioned, it's a difficult situation since the bug's not easy to fix like bugs usually are. However, we'll now do some back tracing where we try to incorporate changes from the V3 to the V2 and check if it works. Hopefully, we'll sooner or later be able to release a V3 Final without any March or June bug - or any other bugs for that matter, but that might be too much to hope for.

That said, it's not top priority. Personally, I have an exam project which is due for the end of next month. Due to the DB work, I'm not as far in the process as I could hope for at this stage - and that basically means that any DB work will be done in breaks, late nights where I have nothing elde to do, etc., etc. Therefore, don't expect anything any time soon.

Lastly, it's of course demotivating to see something that you've been working so intensely on for so long 'go to waste' - but on the other hand, that's also what motivates me (and the rest of the crew) to continue and at some point release a Final Version. Letting all this work go to waste would be a huge shame

Was bewirkt dieser Bug? Ruft er .exe Fehler beim Tageswechsel hervor?
Denn genau das habe ich zur Zeit, ich bin Ende März 2012. Das neue Update habe ich gestern installiert. :/

Either way, it's time for a thinking break. For those who'd like to continue playing, you can quite easily get past the date using an editor. Download Hannes Converter and open your save game. Open the GAM_config table. Scroll across to gene_i_date and change it to 1244462400 . Save, click the Disc icon, overwrite your save game and click the GAM_config table again in the window that pops up. Click OK and you're good to go.
